Boarding

Cordillera Equestrian Center Boarding Information

Thank you for your interest in The Cordillera Equestrian Center (CEC). The only of its kind in the valley, CEC prides itself in superior horse care.

All of our horses are fed and given a visual inspection by our experienced staff three times a day, every day. Cordillera’s Public Safety takes the night shift and checks on all of the horses two times a night, every night.

CEC has three arenas on the property. There are two heated indoor arenas and one outdoor arena for use in the summer. The three arenas, round pen and trail access ensure that there is always somewhere to ride your horse. All arenas are maintained regularly, with the main indoor arena being maintained daily.

If trail riding is what you desire, you can enjoy the leisure of our trails here on Bellyache Ridge or ride to the more reclusive Big Park trails where you have the chance to explore millions of acres of National Forest. Don’t be too distracted by the beautiful views, remember to keep your eyes peeled above and below for the abundant wildlife that thrives here at Cordillera.

CEC is a non-profit, public, year round boarding facility operated by the Cordillera Metropolitan District. All operation and capital improvement expenses are covered by the boarding fees. To ensure consistent pricing throughout the year we require one year leases for all stalls and paddocks. However, short term boarding is available at an increased rate.

The CEC offers full and partial care horse boarding in both stalls and paddocks:
