The Cordillera Metropolitan District owns and maintains over 40 miles of paved roads in Cordillera. The District also owns and manages 3,237 acres of open space, and provides oversight on numerous drainage and utility easements and wildlife habitat corridors within the community. Permits and/or agreements may be required for activities, maintenance or new improvements proposed on lands managed by the Metropolitan District.
