The CPOA Board of Directors extends its appreciation for property owners who have already submitted payment of the annual assessment which is due January 31. The annual assessment for 2019 is $3,000. The assessment was raised because of increased operating costs and capital needs.
The collection policy that was entered into in August 2017 states that assessments are due and payable on January 31 otherwise a 10 percent late fee shall be imposed on any owner who fails to pay the applicable assessment within 30 days of it being due, which is March 4, 2019. The first notice of delinquency will be sent via US Mail and certified mail when the assessment becomes more than 45 days delinquent, March 18, 2019.
If you have not already paid the annual assessment, please remit payment by January 31 in order to avoid late fees.
