All Yoga classes held at Trailhead 9:00-10:15 a.m.

Yoga Classes with Charlene

Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at Trailhead 9:00-10:15 a.m.

This class begins with meditation, grounding and breath work. Participants will then direct their focused breath to awaken the body through posture sequence, focusing on flexibility, balance, alignment and strength. The class concludes on the mat with gentle therapeutic postures and a final posture of savasana or corpse pose for integration. Relaxed, balanced and rejuvenated, you are ready to have a beautiful day.

Yoga Class with Paige

Tuesday at Trailhead 9:00-10:15 a.m.

The foundation of vinyasa is linking breath to movement. Create heat and energy in the body as one posture leads fluidly into another in a class that integrates balance, strength and relaxation. Vinyasa classes are accessible to all levels and different pose variations are given so you may practice at your own comfort level. 

NEW.....Yoga Class with Faith

Friday at Trailhead 9:00-10:15 a.m.

Get ready for your weekend with a yoga class to help you deeply stretch your entire body. Class begins with time to relax your mind, relate some kinks and warm up the body in preparation for deep stretches to release tension. This practice aims to help you feel calmer, become stronger and walk taller! Beginning Oct. 4
