Cordillera Ice Rink Opens Dec. 10

The rink is available for both free skaters and hockey skaters, with priority times designated for each usage. Hockey skaters may skate during priority time for free skaters if there are no free skaters using the rink and vice versa. However, for the safety of all, there will be no hockey sticks and pucks allowed when free skaters are on the ice during their priority time.
 
Ice Rink Skating Schedule:
Figure Skating, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Hockey Skating, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Ice Rink Lighting:
Timers for the Ice Rink are located at the Northeast corner gate.

A limited number of loaner hockey and figure skates are available free-of-charge at the athletic center front desk between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Sunday. Stop by, fill out a form and provide identification to borrow a pair. Benches are available by the rink to lace up skates. Rubber mats are provided to protect skate blades. Please do not walk across parking lot in ice skates. Skates are not be allowed to be worn indoors at the athletic center.
